Here are a few of our Sanke which were bred at the beginning of Jun, the parents are Matsunoske female, Matsunoske male and another male which was bred here from Matsunoske parents. We harvested roughly 40,000 at first selection and at second selection put back around 1500.

We harvested our tosai Showa in preparation for transferring the best ones to our warm water growing on facility which is nearing completion. Bred at the beginning of June they are now an average 4-5 inches in length, the parents are Matsunoske female and Fujio Oomo males.
