At Cuttlebrook Koi Farm we offer students from Sparsholt college in Winchester, and Brooksby Melton College in Leicester, the chance to do work experience with us on the farm. Below is a picture of Mark with two students (David and Arief) from Sparsholt who came to work with us in March 2005.
Students are given the opportunity to experience the day to day practicalities of running a koi farm. It is hard work, wet and muddy! Of course, depending on the time of year that they come, they can also experience harvesting ponds, selection and breeding as well as pond maintenance.
