We started spawning our Koi yesterday with the first set being Shiro Utsuri. The eggs are looking good today and with the warm weather that we are having, should develop quickly over the next few days. This morning the Sanke set and also the Yamatonishiki spawned which gets us off to a great start. The last lot of lovely weather we had in April meant that we were able to competely dry all of our mud ponds which was great.

We have now filled them all up again, apart from the one pictured, in preparation for putting out our fry and also the tosai, nisai and older Koi that we want to grow on over the summer.

It's all systems go!
