Here are a few of our Sanke which were bred at the beginning of Jun, the parents are Matsunoske female, Matsunoske male and another male which was bred here from Matsunoske parents. We harvested roughly 40,000 at first selection and at second selection put back around 1500.

They are now around 4-5 inches on average. It was a cold day yesterday and we harvested the Kohaku in the first half of the morning then I selected through the Kohaku whilst Mark did the Sanke. We finished around about 4pm and Mark had to dash off to give a talk to the Potteries and District Section so we didn't have much time for individual photos unfortunately. We will probably take some more in the next couple of weeks.
