Today we harvested the fry from our second Sanke spawning. These fry are from our new Takegawa Sanke female and we will definitely be using her again next year.

These fry are on average 2-3 inches and we are very pleased with them, we kept 1000 to grow on to 3rd selection and are once again looking for good body shape, good skin, balanced pattern - the usual!

A few nice Kohaku in the spawning which are worth growing on and some tancho too which is always good.

I took pictures of two different batches of fish with a nice selection of some of the keepers.
